Meadowsweet Herb
Meadowsweet, also known as queen of the meadow, is native to Europe and Asia, and today is naturalized throughout North America. It has a pleasant, sweet smell.
Historically, the plant was strewn on floors to give rooms a pleasant aroma. Meadowsweet herb was employed in traditional European medicine and was typically used to flavor wines, meads, and vinegars. The herb can be steeped as meadowsweet tea or made into a liquid extract.

Directions
To prepare as a tea, pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1 tsp. of herb. Cover and steep 5-10 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
